Ross was excellent throughout the survey process. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also offered follow-up phone calls if we had any further questions after our initial discussion, which was greatly appreciated and gave us real confidence. Ross was encouraging when it came to negotiating a reduction in the purchase price based on the survey findings and provided practical, helpful advice. Great overall experience with Surveying People. I had a Level 3 survey carried out on a property I'm purchasing. Ross, who carried out the survey, produced a very detailed report 5 days after the survey was carried out. The report highlighted things clearly and it was easy to digest. The post survey call with Ross was extremely helpful as I had a few questions which were answered.
