Our journey began within the construction industry way back in the 90’s as Kello Construction Ltd., since then we have evolved in to a multi discipline agency offering a full service for property surveying.
Our services continue to be relied on by Councils, Housing Associations and other Private Sector organisations.
Our team consists of RICS Qualified Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors.
We have been conducting Stock Condition Surveys, Dilapidation Reports and Quantity Surveys for the Public Sector for many years.
