What is Level 3 Building Survey?
The RICS Level 3 Building Survey is the most comprehensive survey available. It provides a detailed analysis of the property’s construction, condition and any defects, along with advice on repairs, maintenance and future costs. Also includes an estimated cost of repairs for all defects identified and a reinstatement/property rebuild cost for insurance purposes.
