I had to pay in advance of the survey and once the survey was conducted, I had to wait for 6 working days before receiving the report. The Survey Report made up for the wait as it was very detailed and contained many photographs of the issues identified. The long list of costs to make the property right assisted me in budgeting and which I raised with the seller. The roof photographs taken by a drone were very good, listing the issues with the roof and chimney, as well as stains visible in the joints of the guttering. I am pleased with the report and had a half hour consultation with the surveyor who informed me in the detail the issues and answering questions that I had in mind.
